Join us at Snowball Lodge in Angel Fire, NM September 17 - 20, 2008! You can sew to your heart's content or just sit back and enjoy the view. This will be YOUR weekend. For 3 nights and 4 days you'll be number one. We'll provide a total of eight meals, one yummier than the next. You won't even mind that they're nutritious. Throughout the day there will be ample snacks, water, and canned beverages. And while you're Queen of the Sewing Machine we will iron and/or rip for you. You'll sew in the beautiful, high-ceilinged great room which has wonderful natural light that we will supplement with full spectrum lamps.
Come be Queen for a Weekend. Your Highness will have the option to work on the Featured Project Quilt, the Mystery Quilt, those pesky UFOs, or just sit back and enjoy the scenery and fellowship. It's your weekend; it's your choice. Just come prepared to be pampered!
Snowball Lodge is a more than 4000 square foot facility located at 8400 feet with views of the ski runs from the front and Wheeler Peak from the back. Nature's beauty is abundant here - beauty that will inspire you. Angel Fire is a high, mountain community with pines and aspen, home to elk, deer, wild turkey and numerous other wildlife species. The clean air fills the days with bright, blue skies and the nights with countless stars. Come enjoy the mountains and release your creativity.
The fee for this retreat is $275.00. The fee covers three (3) nights lodging, bed linen, eight (8) meals beginning with dinner on Thursday, all instruction, and beverages and snacks throughout the weekend. We ask that you bring your own towels.
A detailed supply list for the projects and directions to Angel Fire/Snowball Lodge will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
